Activity took place in Sofia, Bulgaria 🇧🇬 from 24 March till 1 April
The training covered important topics like Nonviolent Communication (NVC) 🕊️, the connection between the body, mind, and emotions , well-being 🌱, and understanding needs 💡. Nonviolent Communication (NVC), developed by Marshall Rosenberg, emphasizes empathetic communication , aiming to foster understanding and compassion.
According to Rosenberg, successful communication is not just about words 🗣️ but about expressing and understanding underlying feelings and needs 💬. NVC encourages individuals to observe without judgment 👀, express their feelings honestly , and request what they need without imposing on others 🤲.
This approach helps individuals resolve conflicts peacefully ✌️ and develop stronger, more meaningful connections 🤗.
We practiced active listening 👂, where each participant listened attentively to the other’s story 📖. This exercise created a safe atmosphere 🛡️, and participants were excited to engage with someone who was genuinely ready to listen to them 😊.
Additionally, we touched on the connection between our bodies and emotions 🧘♀️, emphasizing the need to nurture both for overall well-being 🌸.
At the core of effective communication lies how we express ourselves 🗨️, how we construct our thoughts 💭, and the feelings and needs we convey ❤️. To foster real change 🔄, we must first feel it ourselves. Self-reflection is essential to understand how we feel when our needs are unmet 😔, and it is crucial to recognize that others’ emotions are not our responsibility 🔄. After 9 intense and inspiring days in Katowice, Poland, we’re heading home with our hearts full, our minds expanded, and our notebooks bursting with ideas. What started as a youth exchange turned into a living laboratory of green innovation, cultural discovery, and human connection. 🌍✨
We explored how entrepreneurship can be ethical and eco-driven.
We learned how to communicate, collaborate, and create.
We met peers from 6 countries, each with their own stories and dreams.
We grew — not just professionally, but personally.
We took part in:

🌱 Workshops on sustainability and customer behavior
💡 Brainstorms about future green start-ups
🗣️ Presenting ideas, sharing knowledge, learning from each other
